Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Sales in various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and maintain updated records in CRM.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to assist the sales team in decision-making.
- Prepare and organize sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- File contracts, invoices, and other important sales-related documents.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in customer-fronting role and sales support.
- Prior experience in preparing quotations, invoices and order processing.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to speak in Chinese would be an added advantage.
