The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Sales in various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and maintain updated records in CRM.
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to assist the sales team in decision-making.
  • Prepare and organize sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • File contracts, invoices, and other important sales-related documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in customer-fronting role and sales support.
  • Prior experience in preparing quotations, invoices and order processing.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese would be an added advantage.
