Sales Operations Coordinator

Sales Administrators play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department. This position involves various administrative and clerical tasks to streamline sales processes and provide essential support to the sales team.
About the Role
This role is responsible for assisting the internal team and other business units related to sales, warehouse, and logistics, purchasing, and accounts. The Sales Administrator will assist the sales team with order processing, including data entry and documentation, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with order processing
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, orders, and invoices
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to management and team members
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for sales orders
- Coordinate with the production and quality department for collection and delivery of goods to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and highly organized
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Required skills: Microsoft Office, Google Drive (Apps)
- Familiarity with sales reports, sales records, and administrative recordkeeping
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with preference for experience in sales support or administration
