Job Overview

This role involves performing administrative duties to support HR and Accountant teams, as well as handling back-end administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties to support HR and Accountant teams
  • Handle back-end administration tasks to support operations and sales & marketing teams
  • Prepare and follow up on documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc.
  • File all related documentation
  • Manage inquiries, feedback, complaints, etc.

Requirements
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related industry field
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
