Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in operational support duties, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality control standards.
  • Managing daily operations to meet deadlines while enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Developing strategies to improve processes, automate tasks, and introduce new technologies to increase accuracy and speed.
  • Creating regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing teams for accuracy and compliance, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members, and providing ongoing feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong educational background in Business/Administration/Management or relevant work experience in Operations. Additionally, you should have good leadership skills, experience managing a team for at least 1 year, and be cost-aware with a good appreciation for operations and procedures.
