We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team at PRASARANA MALAYSIA BERHAD. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing sourcing activities for works, supplies, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the procurement of Works, Supplies, and Services, ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Execute sourcing activities, including preparing RFx documents, advertising tenders, distributing tender documents, and validating essential documents.
  3. Prepare Purchase Orders in the system upon receiving award approval and issuance of the Letter of Award.
  4. Develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous excellence in service.
  5. Provide consultation to project managers and teams on procurement processes throughout the sourcing activity.
  6. Support post-award administration as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve high scores in customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any study field.
  2. Minimum 1 year working experience.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of procurement, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a positive attitude.
  4. Proven integrity and ethical behavior.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
