  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong financial management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software, including SAP and MS Office.
