About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at BASF SE. As a key member of our Global Digital Services organization, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical solutions for application enhancements and new applications for BASF's Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Manage complex development environments using internal and external resources.
  • Ensure runnable, supportable, and stable solutions from a technical perspective.
  • Contribute to project planning and provide cost estimations for complex projects.
  • Support the creation of solution design documents and testing activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with complex SAP applications.
  • Excellent ABAP/ABAP OO and ABAP for Cloud Development skills.
  • Functional knowledge of processes in SAP SD/Order-to-Cash.
  • Expertise in API development and management.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SAP Fiori App development.
  • Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Functional knowledge of processes in SAP MM.
