Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare a full set of financial statements following Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) for SME clients.
  • Accounting Services: Provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax computation, and tax filing services to clients following local legal regulations and requirements.
  • Accounting Support: Provide prompt accounting support to clients.
  • Digital Transformation: Support the digital transformation of clients' finance functions.
  • Payroll Processing: Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll using the HR management system.
  • Xero Training: Provide training to clients on proper usage of Xero and related applications.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile transactions in Xero to provide regular management reports to clients.
  • Statutory Compliance: Work closely with fellow statutory compliance team members to support Corporate Tax and GST filings (Form C-S and ECI).
  • Tax Computations: Perform simple tax computations as well as accounting for GST companies.
  • Process Improvement: Assist management, together with various departments in driving continuous improvement in internal processes and controls.
Key Qualifications:
  • Accounting Qualifications: Minimum Higher Nitec in Accountancy or ACCA or other related courses.
  • Work Experience: Min. 3 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects/engagements with short deadlines.
  • Xero Proficiency: Proficient in Xero as an accounting system to handle bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax filing.
  • Xero Implementation: Implement Xero for clients as well as provide basic training to educate clients on the usage of Xero.
  • Financial Knowledge: Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
  • CRM Experience: Prior CRM software experience.
