Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for partnering with various stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have relevant TA partnering experiences from a sizable organization, preferably manufacturing, chemical, packaging industries.
Key Requirements- Proven track record recruiting professional-to-senior executive positions in ASEAN
- Experience handling campus recruitment including management trainee, internship, apprenticeship
- Strong ability to adapt to changes, prioritize work and work under pressure/tight deadlines
- Innovative and creative TA mindset
- Team player, passionate in TA/HR, energetic
