About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our dynamic team as a Senior Human Resources Manager. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing HR and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and the smooth execution of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR strategies to drive business growth, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive corporate culture.
  2. Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee all aspects of recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  3. Review and Refine HR Policies: Periodically review and update HR policies to guarantee compliance with labor laws and business objectives.
  4. Handle Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  5. Identify Training Needs and Oversee Development Initiatives: Recognize areas where employees require additional training or development opportunities and coordinate relevant programs to enhance their skills.
  6. Provide HR Guidance and Support: Offer expert HR advice and assistance to leaders to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Analyze and Develop Compensation and Benefits Packages: Evaluate current compensation and benefits packages to ensure they remain competitive in the market.
  8. Oversee Office Administration: Supervise office operations, facilities management, and general services to ensure efficient daily functioning.
