Key responsibilities include guiding customers to success with their cloud transformation, requiring deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success.

Required skills:
• Cloud mindset with focus on ensuring continuous adoption, customer success and references for S/4HANA Cloud customers.
• Expertise in the configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger (ML), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Finance experience or Financial background in constructive discussions from a business perspective.
• Industry business knowledge and experience that can provide consulting to at least one industry.
• Problem-solving ability, presenting countermeasures to customers and leading them to solutions.
• Strong communication skills in Malay and English to build good relationships with employees and customers.
