The Officer – Human Capital will be responsible for the following key areas:
* Conducting investigations into employee disciplinary issues and misconduct
* Preparing show cause letters, punishment letters, and other related documents
* Conducting interview/inquiry sessions relating to misconduct cases
* Recommending appropriate actions in line with relevant policies and procedures
The Officer – Human Capital will also be responsible for communicating effectively with operating units/subsidiaries to ensure compliance to policies and procedures, and acting as the company's representative in conciliation meetings. In addition, they will assist in industrial court and labor court matters, and develop and maintain an effective filing system for records.
