Key Responsibilities

The Officer – Human Capital will be responsible for the following key areas:

* Conducting investigations into employee disciplinary issues and misconduct
* Preparing show cause letters, punishment letters, and other related documents
* Conducting interview/inquiry sessions relating to misconduct cases
* Recommending appropriate actions in line with relevant policies and procedures

The Officer – Human Capital will also be responsible for communicating effectively with operating units/subsidiaries to ensure compliance to policies and procedures, and acting as the company's representative in conciliation meetings.
