Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Draft, review, advise on, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, and leasing contracts.
  • Managing Compliance Programs: Work with the Global Legal Team to support and maintain compliance programs to address applicable laws and industry regulations across the regions.
  • Providing Strategic Advice: Provide proactive, forward-thinking strategic and practical legal advice to support the Company's business operations in the APAC and EMEA regions (potentially US as required).

Requirements
  • Law Degree and Admission: A law degree from a recognized university with admission to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction.

  • Experience with Legal Technology: Proficiency and interest in legal technology tools and optimising efficiency and effectiveness of the legal function.
