We are seeking an experienced HRBP Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing daily HR responsibilities and tasks, supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and assisting with performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute daily HR responsibilities and tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including employee counseling and updating employment confirmations, to ensure a fair and effective performance management system.
  • Maintain, update, and organize employment records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support mobility management, including work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires and member firm assignees, to facilitate smooth talent mobility.
  • Advise on and manage subsidies related to professional studies and qualifications, promoting employee development and growth.
  • Draft and prepare HR-related documents, such as verification letters, visa applications, letters of undertaking, testimonials, performance notices, and warning letters, to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Manage the e-Leave management system and handle leave matters related to resignations, interns, professional studies, and more, to ensure efficient leave management.
  • Address employee inquiries, serving as the primary contact for employees and business line leaders seeking HR process and policy support, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Prepare headcount and employee movement reports, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management/ Business Studies/ Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in HR operations and HRBP roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
