Meet the Shared Services team:

This essential team ensures the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our SaaS platform. They develop and maintain core services like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), events, license consumption, and collaboration tools. This enables product teams to innovate quickly while building on a solid foundation, ensuring the platform remains robust and scalable as it grows.

About this role:

You'll be a key member of our team, helping build and maintain reusable components, tools, and frameworks that power consistent, scalable, and efficient product design across all Nintex products. You'll play a critical role in delivering beautiful, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces at scale, ensuring teams move faster while maintaining design consistency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading Key Areas of the Codebase: Take ownership of major components of the codebase while maintaining a high-level understanding of the entire system.
  2. Driving Design Clarity: Clearly articulate your code design decisions and suggest practical, effective solutions to move projects forward.
  3. Mastery of New Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve by quickly learning and adopting new technologies, while mentoring others to do the same.
  4. Leading Feature Development: Implement complex features and serve as the primary resource for maintaining critical systems that drive our success.
  5. Couching and Improving: Navigate technical conflicts with professionalism, offering constructive feedback and coaching others to improve their work and foster a culture of growth.
  6. Boosting Team Productivity: Identify opportunities for code reusability, driving efficiency and maximizing the impact of your team.
  7. Engaging in Incident Management: Actively participate in incident management, including on-call rotation, and collaborate with the IM team to swiftly resolve issues.
  8. Innovating Continuously: Contribute new ideas and maintain a relentless focus on improving both technical solutions and team processes.

To be successful, you'll need:

  1. Experienced Developer: 6+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, React.js, and Azure.
  2. Cloud Knowledge: Experience working within Azure cloud environments, enabling you to build and scale efficient applications in a modern cloud infrastructure.
  3. Relational Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases will be a plus, allowing you to build data-driven applications with ease.
