As a Senior Marketing Executive (PR & Event) at AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing publicity strategies and campaigns for our natural brand INNISFREE.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with PR Agencies to maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and media outlets, expanding the brand's reach and presence.

You will also be responsible for managing KOL content creation processes to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with PR Agencies to ensure effective communication with KOLs and media outlets
  • Managing KOL content creation processes to meet brand standards
  • Executing shopping mall advertisements, collaborations, and building partnerships with mall management for promotional events and activations
  • Driving 3rd Party Collaborations in partnership with Trade Marketing teams to increase brand exposure
  • Working with Digital Marketing Agencies to manage Tiktok content creation, developing engaging and viral content for the brand
  • Collaborating with Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to maximize brand content exposure
  • Managing and executing brand CSR initiatives like Tree Planting Campaigns
  • Planning, managing, and executing brand events such as pop-up stores and members' PLAYGREEN classes
Job Requirements
  • Master / Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any relevant field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in managing Public Relations
  • Specializing in public relations with media and influencers
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in organizing press trips or events
  • Current knowledge of retail industry or similar capacity especially Beauty industry or FMCG
  • Good command of English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
