About the Team

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Reports: Oversee Business-As-Usual (BAU) report delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission within standard SLAs.
  • Develop New Reporting Solutions: Design and develop new reports and implement change requests for both Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to create tailored reporting solutions that enhance decision-making and client satisfaction.
  • Drive Business Growth: Assist the Business Intelligence Lead in driving BI revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities within the market.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
