Job Description

Fleet Management, Admin is a role at Shopee that involves overseeing the transportation operations of sorters across all Service Operation Centers (SOCs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources or business administration and be able to provide proactive feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and track the attendance of sorters, identify and address any discrepancies in collaboration with SOC supervisors/admin, and ensure accurate attendance records are maintained for payroll processing.
  • Liaising with SOC admin to make corrections in attendance records when needed, facilitating smooth communication between SOCs to ensure timely updates and resolutions, and addressing queries from agencies regarding attendance, OPS ID, or related administrative matters.
  • This role requires the ability to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment, handle and resolve sorters' complaints regarding salary or incentives not received, and ensure agencies are promptly updated on relevant matters to minimize operational disruptions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Prefer to have working experience from Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
