Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries from walk-in customers and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and customer service.
- Monitor sales processes and ensure compliance with industry standards, including following up on loan applications and collaborating with solicitors on loan documentation.
- Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales and promotional materials to support business growth.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of launches and promotional events to drive sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, demands, and comparable market prices to inform business decisions.
- Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely and effective resolution of sales-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
- Be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Knowledge of IFCA software is an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and be flexible to meet business needs.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level positions.
