About this role
  1. This role requires you to develop and roll out structured outbound programs to build channel capability, ensuring our sales teams are equipped to succeed.
  2. Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with regional sales teams to drive high volume and revenue.
  3. Another critical aspect of this job is developing programs to sustain MEP outlets and enhance dealer performance.
  4. You'll also work with performance teams to design aligned sales incentive plans that achieve execution excellence.
