Job Description

This position is based in Johor, Malaysia, and is responsible for providing administrative support to the data centre team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, including billing and payment processing, office management, and guest coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Data Centre-related invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as necessary.
  • Cordial reception and handling of visitors, telephone calls, and mail.
  • Liaise with vendors to procure office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
  • Coordinate guest visits, scheduling meetings and preparing logistics.
  • Provide vital support in organizing formal office events.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
