The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, including billing and payment processing, office management, and guest coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Data Centre-related invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as necessary.
- Cordial reception and handling of visitors, telephone calls, and mail.
- Liaise with vendors to procure office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Coordinate guest visits, scheduling meetings and preparing logistics.
- Provide vital support in organizing formal office events.
Requirements:
- Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years of administrative or secretarial experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
