The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team in Malaysia. This role will involve ensuring seamless service delivery, analyzing operational metrics, and collaborating with technical teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and capacity needs, and work with cross-functional teams to develop targeted solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide value-added services that meet their expectations.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, with a strong background in IT service delivery management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managed services or business process outsourcing (BPO), preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and presentation.
