- Manage incidents through their lifecycle, prioritizing and closing multiple tasks within deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to level 3 support and follow up until ticket closure.
- Participate in new product training and share knowledge with the team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Support/Technical Support roles.
- Familiarity with MSSQL/MYSQL, HTML/CSS/PHP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
