The Business Platform Tech Family (BP TF) is a dedicated team within Grab responsible for developing and optimizing products that support merchant success on our platform.

We're seeking an experienced Product Growth Strategist to join our team, focused on creating data-driven strategies to drive merchant performance and ecosystem development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas within the merchant growth domain.
  • Analyze merchant needs and pain points through user research and data analysis, translating insights into clear product requirements.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to measure product impact and identify trends in merchant data.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and measure merchant success.
  • Embrace AI and machine learning in daily work and product design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a track record of launching and iterating on successful products.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience using data visualization tools.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and tracking B2B or platform KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
