Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Construction Manager/Project Manager in overseeing all design and construction development activities related to masterplan infrastructure design. This includes earthworks, building work, road and drainage, water supply, sewerage, and other industrial development projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions. The candidate must also coordinate with sub-contractors and verify progress claims according to actual work done.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related fields) is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision with a property developer or contractor is necessary. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Autocad is also essential.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are required for this position. Mandarin language proficiency is a must, as the candidate will be working on review documents and communicating with stakeholders in Mandarin.
