Job Description

Plexus Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician II to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer and company quality expectations are satisfied through effective management of manufacturing and inspection processes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Quality Process Management: Manage quality processes, goods, and services to meet departmental and customer requirements.
  2. Customer Returns and Non-Conforming Materials: Handle customer returned goods and non-conforming materials issues.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
  4. Quality Team Leadership: Lead the development and direction of quality inspectors.
  5. Quality Plan Implementation: Collaborate in the implementation of quality plans through data compilation and analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret quality data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in quality management software.
Working Conditions and Travel

This role requires working in a manufacturing environment, with regular use of personal protective equipment. Occasional travel is expected, less than 40% of the time.
