Senior Customer Quality Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Quality Engineer to lead all aspects of quality for data center products throughout the life cycle in the customer factory facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers to collaborate on problem resolutions and complaints.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, ensuring quality standards are met.
Technical Expertise
  • Server product testing and debugging
  • Server product testing and triage at factory lines
  • Electronic boards/system troubleshooting
  • Server/motherboard failure analysis
  • Hands-on use of electronic debugging equipment, oscilloscope, power supplies
  • Ability to read schematics, layouts, and BOM
  • Familiarity with PC and Server architecture
  • Graduate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Experience working at PCBA factory for testing and debugging assembly issues
  • Experience in root cause finding such as solder bulging, open, short between pads
  • Experience using oscilloscope, digital multimeter, basic rework experience
  • Knowledge of Server or PC assembly process or hands-on experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in server hardware and software design or testing
  • Experience in electronic boards/system troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
