Biofunctional Molecules Researcher

The Sunway Biofunctional Molecules Discovery Centre (SBMDC) is seeking a highly motivated Biofunctional Molecules Researcher to contribute to cutting-edge research in chemical/material characterization processes.

• Conduct research and development of new technologies
• Operate and maintain technology platforms
• Collaborate with internal and external researchers
• Develop and implement research plans
• Supervise and mentor students
• Communicate research findings through publications and presentations

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a strong background in chemical/material characterization and biofunctional activities screening or molecular biology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. A PhD in a relevant research area
2. Experience in chemical/material characterization and biofunctional activities screening or molecular biology
3. Track record of publishing research in high-impact journals
4. Expertise in chemical/material characterization processes and biofunctional activities testing
