Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive at Bomb Battle, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through corporate sales and client relationships. You will lead and manage the corporate sales pipeline, developing and implementing business strategies to attract corporate clients and expand market reach.

You will also be responsible for responding promptly to corporate inquiries, understanding client needs, and tailoring proposals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and repeat business, will be another critical aspect of this role.

Requirements
  • Startup-minded – comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • A natural relationship builder and deal closer with strong negotiation skills.
  • Driven and hungry to grow revenue and earn based on performance.
  • A creative problem solver, always spotting new opportunities.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deals, clients, and projects at once.
  • Confident in creating and pitching engaging proposals and presentations.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a small but fast-moving team.
  • Willing to attend events, client meetings, and engagements outside regular hours when needed.
