About the Job
The Senior Sales Commission Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sales commission processes, including verifying and resolving disputes, liaising with stakeholders, and documenting all payout records.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert on sales commission operations and provide guidance to the Sales Teams.
- Investigate and resolve disputes/claims raised by Internal/External sales parties.
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Sales Partners, and Other Support Teams to clarify and process sales claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all payout records, master data files, and operational processes.
- Lead in UAT to support new/revised commission schemes or other changes.
- Analyze processing gaps required for automation and collaborate with the supervisor to implement solutions.
- Identify and analyze any irregularities in Sales Partners/Salesman commission payments that do not align with sales performance or sales trends.
- Perform any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the manager.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Data Analysis.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role leading a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write and communicate clearly in English.
- Experience in System Testing - UAT.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
