We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Telecontinent. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for accurately collecting and processing large amounts of data to support the sales team.

Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive basic salary range: RM2,200 to RM2,400/month
  • KPI Incentives + Allowances: Up to RM900/month

Responsibilities
  1. To acquire sales lead quotas set by the team on a consistent basis while providing consistent, concise, accurate data and information.
  2. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  3. Very savvy on Internet browsing and well-versed with social media platforms to search and hunt for data via online resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Able to read and type in Mandarin (Traditional, HK) and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tenacity to maintain repetitive administrative tasks.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Keyboarding skills are fundamental with an average typing speed of 40 words per minute.
