We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analytics department as an Analytics Department Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in leading the team and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Analytics department and drive business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and guide the work of junior team members and AGTs on the campaign process from review of digital CRF forms to clarification with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists from the Data Science Lab to develop and implement AI/ML models that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain campaign trackers and analytic marts to aid in campaign performance reviews and improve speed of analysis.
  • Constantly look for ways to enhance the data available by combining primary and secondary source data to enrich analysis capability.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from business, IT, and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, including data visualization and statistical modeling.
