  • You will ensure internal and external compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a collections role.
  • Experience in Corporate/SME banking, Fintech, or e-Commerce and have led a team of 8-15 collection agents.
  • Strong command in data storytelling and experience presenting insights to management.
