We are looking for a skilled Data Entry and Office Coordinator to join our team at Vista kencana Sdn Bhd.
Job Summary:This role will involve data management and record-keeping duties, including keying in transaction records into the ILS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining census data.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data entries
- Ensure all records are complete and compliant with company policies
- Develop and implement filing systems for efficient record-keeping
- Process new license applications and perform other related duties
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
