Job Summary:

This role will involve data management and record-keeping duties, including keying in transaction records into the ILS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining census data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data entries
  • Ensure all records are complete and compliant with company policies
  • Develop and implement filing systems for efficient record-keeping
  • Process new license applications and perform other related duties
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
