Job Description

This role at Adnan Sundra & Low involves handling financial operations and supporting a busy finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as preparing invoices, responding to queries, and performing bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Prepare daily invoices and ensure their accuracy.
  • Respond to partners' queries regarding draft invoices and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Process payment vouchers and post them into the system.
  • Complete journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and disbursements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations for company accounts.
  • Support the Section Head in analyzing monthly expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and hold a Diploma/ Degree in accounting or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • The ideal candidate must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Possessing knowledge of Core Matter Accounting software is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Able to communicate comfortably in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good attitude, teachability, and initiative to learn are essential.
