We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Operations Associate at Tune Protect Group. This position involves performing a range of accounting functions, including payment processing, account reconciliations, and claims inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Payment Voucher Processing: Complete payment vouchers for approval, ensuring they are prepared, verified, and processed within established time frames.
  • Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of accounts on a regular basis, which includes bank statement, ledgers, and any other financial records.
  • Contra Entries And SOA Updates: Process contra entries and Statements of Account (SOA) for update and ensure accuracy.
  • Premium Updates And Error Resolution: Resolve discrepancies and update overdue premium records in SAP.
  • Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash and ensure that there is adequate documentation for every single transaction and balance reconciliation.
  • Commission Checking: Verify and reconcile commission payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Claim Enquiry Management: Handle in-house and external claim enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Claims Processing and Documentation: Process claims through FLO system and update claim details.
Qualifications
  1. Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Accounting.
  2. Proficiency in reconciliations and financial data analysis.
  3. Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  4. Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
  5. Proven experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, and claims management.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
