Responsibilities- Payment Voucher Processing: Complete payment vouchers for approval, ensuring they are prepared, verified, and processed within established time frames.
- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations of accounts on a regular basis, which includes bank statement, ledgers, and any other financial records.
- Contra Entries And SOA Updates: Process contra entries and Statements of Account (SOA) for update and ensure accuracy.
- Premium Updates And Error Resolution: Resolve discrepancies and update overdue premium records in SAP.
- Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash and ensure that there is adequate documentation for every single transaction and balance reconciliation.
- Commission Checking: Verify and reconcile commission payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Claim Enquiry Management: Handle in-house and external claim enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Claims Processing and Documentation: Process claims through FLO system and update claim details.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Accounting.
- Proficiency in reconciliations and financial data analysis.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, and claims management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
