- Collaboration with category function is required to develop accurate go-to-market plans and seasonal assortments.
- Maintaining high-quality customer experience through exceptional service delivery and satisfaction is crucial.
- Providing accurate sales forecasting and analysis to optimize sales performance and identify market gaps is also essential.
- Conducting business reviews with customers, meeting reporting deadlines consistently, is a key aspect of this role.
- Training and supporting sales team in leveraging market knowledge to maximize product placement and sales is also necessary.
A strong foundation in strategic management and market dynamics is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in brand management, emphasizing a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in dynamic environments.
- Exhibit exceptional critical thinking abilities, adept at analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, reflecting a keen business acumen to make strategic decisions that drive revenue and profitability.
