About the Position

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our team.

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to develop and execute sales growth strategies across regions and product segments in alignment with business unit goals.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • This role involves managing and nurturing key accounts, exploring new business opportunities, and executing strategies to enhance product positioning.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end sales processes and managing strategic accounts, leveraging marketing initiatives effectively.
  • The successful candidate will formulate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • This includes identifying and developing strategic agreements to foster business development in the marketplace.
  • Key responsibilities also include ensuring top-line growth and profitability by managing existing key accounts and developing retention strategies.
  • Collaboration with category function is required to develop accurate go-to-market plans and seasonal assortments.
  • Maintaining high-quality customer experience through exceptional service delivery and satisfaction is crucial.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting and analysis to optimize sales performance and identify market gaps is also essential.
  • Conducting business reviews with customers, meeting reporting deadlines consistently, is a key aspect of this role.
  • Training and supporting sales team in leveraging market knowledge to maximize product placement and sales is also necessary.
About the Requirements

A strong foundation in strategic management and market dynamics is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is desirable.

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in brand management, emphasizing a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in dynamic environments.
  • Exhibit exceptional critical thinking abilities, adept at analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, reflecting a keen business acumen to make strategic decisions that drive revenue and profitability.
