About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing HR standard operating procedures, KPI setting, employee performance assessment systems, compensation and benefits policies, and HR policies and procedures across the Group. Adherence to Corporate Governance and ESG requirements is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and coordinating with HR Heads of each Business Unit across the Group
  • Analyzing and reviewing proposals from Business Units, making sound recommendations timely and efficiently
  • Ensuring implementation of corporate decisions across the Group effectively

The ideal candidate will possess a professional degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Admin, or equivalent, and a minimum of 8 years hands-on working experience in full-spectrum human resource management as an HR practitioner.
