Your Role and Responsibilities
This position involves acting as the technical liaison between Bitdeer and SMT vendors to ensure alignment on process requirements and production specifications. Key responsibilities include vendor technical oversight, quality assurance and compliance, vendor relationship management, process optimization and cost management, risk mitigation and problem solving, and collaboration and communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing, supplier management, or a similar role. You should have proficiency in data analysis tools, ERP systems, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Strong leadership and negotiation skills are also essential for managing vendor relationships effectively. Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation are required to drive continuous improvement initiatives with vendors. Certification in Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, or quality assurance (e.g., IPC certification) is preferred.
