In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow community businesses
  • Providing financial services to SMEs, including loan applications and product offerings
  • Working closely with our Branch Managers and Area Manager to develop and implement strategies for segment penetration and profitability growth
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and sales compliance policies

Key Responsibilities:

As a Community Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with community businesses
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through community business visitations, roadshows, and other sales activities
  • Providing financial services to SMEs, including loan applications and product offerings
  • Working closely with our Branch Managers and Area Manager to develop and implement strategies for segment penetration and profitability growth

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum recognized degree
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • All other certificates/licenses for credit/insurance and Investment Certificate
