Job Description:

The Sales Department Assistant plays a pivotal role at Neara, ensuring seamless administrative operations within the sales team. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks and providing exceptional support to sales professionals.

With your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you will maintain an orderly filing system that offers easy access to vital information for sales and administrative teams. You will also collaborate with the sales team to prepare and distribute sales tracking documentation, fostering effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all administrative duties for the sales department, including scheduling client conferences and meetings, staying organized, and proactive to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Develop and maintain an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals, guaranteeing critical information is readily available for reference.
  3. Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request, fostering an environment of open communication.
