As a Policy Servicing Senior Analyst at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional policy benefits, batch processing support, and business process analysis to drive operational excellence. Your key tasks and accountabilities will include:

  • Participating in system enhancements, process improvements, and digital projects to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the preparation of system and business requirements, as well as business process reviews, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Developing and executing test scripts, performing user acceptance testing, and obtaining sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project results and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Reviewing and recommending measures to enhance existing processes and systems.
  • Performing data analysis and presenting findings to support business decisions.
  • Establishing and updating guidelines, working instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Providing support for batch processing and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.

**Job Requirements**

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
