About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in Damansara. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events across various industries. This includes developing event concepts, creating event schedules, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique vision and goals* Source and manage vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize costs and quality* Oversee event setup, ensuring flawless execution of staging, lighting, and sound requirements* Lead the event team to ensure seamless execution of all operations* Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the event* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns* Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to ensure financial objectives are met* Assist in developing engaging promotional materials to attract attendees* Gather feedback from stakeholders to assess event success

Requirements:
* Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any relevant field* Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Event field* Experience in managing a team would be an added advantage* Experience in dealing with clients and vendors* Flexibility as occasionally required to travel out of Klang Valley* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (due to business nature)* Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)* Accessible via public transport* Insurance provided
