Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Director to lead one of our flagship venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership
  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  2. Maintain service standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  3. Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and the front-of-house team to uphold quality and consistency.
  • Team Management & Development
  1. Recruit, train, and mentor a strong team of managers and staff.
  2. Foster a positive and performance-driven culture.
  3. Conduct staff training on service excellence, upselling, and guest relations.
  • Financial & Business Performance
  1. Drive revenue and profitability through sales strategies and cost control.
  2. Manage budgets, financial reports, and KPIs (P&L, COGS, labor costs, etc.).
  3. Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
What We're Looking For

Experience: At least 5–8 years in F&B management, with leadership experience in premium restaurants or bars.

Leadership: Strong people management and motivational skills.

Business Acumen: Understanding of financials, operations, and market trends.

Customer-Focused: Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Problem-Solver: Able to think on your feet and handle challenges efficiently.
