This role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategy and action plans to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
  • Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling to employees.
  • Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plans to ensure all staff receive sufficient training to perform their job functions.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration duties to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
