Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategy and action plans to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees and coordinate internal/external training sessions.
- Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling to employees.
- Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plans to ensure all staff receive sufficient training to perform their job functions.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration duties to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
