  1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    • Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional networks.
    • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and strong knowledge of recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
