Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement Strategist to lead our team in driving operational excellence across our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean methodologies and a proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective training programs on Lean tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in continuous improvement, with a strong focus on Lean methodologies and process excellence.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive business results.
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) and Project Management (PMP Certified).
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent facilitation, moderation, and training skills; possess strong persuasive skills when presenting proposed solutions to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude to overcome problems effectively and able to work under their initiative with minimal supervision.
