Key Responsibilities

  1. The specialist will identify comprehensive sets of compliance data for users across teams.
  2. They'll monitor and evaluate compliance data, consolidating data from businesses and testing teams, and building monthly reporting packages.
  3. The role involves reviewing reports to identify trends and key risk areas, preparing presentations for senior management, and identifying additional metrics for reporting packages.
  4. The specialist will also act as a backup supervisor in the absence of the team leader or supervisor.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Anti-money laundering, KYC, CIP, Enhance Due Diligence, Customer Due Diligence, and Internal/External Due Diligence is required.
  2. New Client Onboarding, New Account Documentation, Business Formation Documentation, Legal Entity Structures, and Ability to follow cash flows are essential skills.
  3. Maintaining a current understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing issues, including policies, procedures, regulations, industry standard methodology, criminal typologies, and developing trends is crucial.
  4. Proven analytical skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, validated database skills, and working knowledge of marketplace AML issues and AML suspicious activity transaction monitoring systems are required.
