Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand business needs and provide timely support, services, and solutions on payroll, HR data, and HR systems.
  • Collaborate with others to offer day-to-day support to service recipients on HR inquiries, perform research on payroll and HR data practices, and stay abreast of current market insights and legal legislations.
  • Participate in process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to deliver best-in-class service experience.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and statutory reporting and payments according to SLAs and local legal requirements.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure data quality and integrity for Payroll and HR data processes.
  • Analyze, process, and follow up on personnel administration requests via multiple channels, ensuring accurate interface to internal/external processing chains.
  • Manage termination workflow for all termination types, including leaves calculations, information checks, letters preparation, systems updates, payment calculations, and exit clearance.
  • Responsible for time and attendance administrations, including manual calculations on time allowances/deductions, maintenance of work schedules, leaves, overtimes, and shift substitutions.
Service Engagement:
  • Provide advisory on employee inquiries, policy/guidelines clarifications, HR processes, HR systems guides, legislation processes, and monitor service requests to ensure delivery in accordance with established SLA and KPI.
  • Perform research and gather information on local market HR news, legislation updates, and guidelines to maintain an internal knowledge database.
Process Improvement and Project Initiatives:
  • Review and update knowledge documents in Payroll and People data areas to develop a competence hub.
  • Identify opportunities, prepare business cases, and participate in digitalization and process optimization to achieve efficiency targets.
