">The Role: Database Administrator Lead
">As a Database Administrator Lead, you will provide advanced technical support on database platforms, maintain operations and management for Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and DB2 databases. You will supervise a diverse team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
You will ensure Database administrators adhere to our service request, incident, change, release, and patch management process. Ensure day-to-day operations of database maintenance, patching, hardening, and service requests.
You will participate in Priority 1 and 2 Incidents by directing Database administrators to perform recovery of Database related issues.
Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or any equivalent qualifications.">
- At least 7 years of Oracle and Microsoft database administration experience.">
- Possess Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) preferably.">
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.">
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.">
